番茄肉醬
材料:
1. 中型番茄 3個 (約350g)
2. 中型洋蔥 1/2個 (約250g)
3. 大蒜 2瓣
4. 牛絞肉 300g(或豬絞肉或牛豬各半皆可)
5. 罐頭番茄糊 1又1/2杯 (約300cc)
6. 月桂葉 2枚(沒有也沒關係)
7. 水 450CC
8. 橄欖油 1.5大匙
9. 海鹽,砂糖,義式綜合香料 適量(沒有也沒關係)

做法:
1. 熱炒鍋,鍋中加入橄欖油,將洋蔥末和大蒜末投入,慢慢翻炒至香味出來且呈透明狀(小火

2. 接著將牛絞肉投入1.的鍋中,繼續拌炒至肉變色,肉散發出微微焦香味(中小火)
3. 將番茄末及番茄糊投入2.的鍋中,拌炒均勻(中火)。同時在旁邊另起一個湯鍋,將水注入燒開
4. 投入月桂葉,將鍋中材料煮滾,熄火,全體移入到隔壁煮沸的湯鍋中,再度煮滾後蓋上鍋蓋以小火燉煮至湯汁濃稠,約剩下原湯汁2/3的份量,嚐試味道後以適量海鹽,砂糖(一咪咪,提味而已)及義式綜合香料調味,即成。
